How do I use the Simultaneous Ring Feature? Simultaneous Ring allows you to have multiple destinations ring simultaneously when any calls are received on your phone number. The first destination to be answered is connected. Simultaneous Ring is programmed from your website control panel. Program Simultaneous Ring from the Website Control Panel - Login to your account
- Click the Call Features tab
- Check the box next to Simultaneous Ring to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the edit settings link
- Complete the form, inserting the phone numbers you want to ring when the call comes in to your VoIP phone number.
- Click the Save Changes button
- Test by calling the VoIP number to verify it rings where you programmed it to ring.
