The new number will be set to ring on your cell phone or home phone or both. Indicate below the phone numbers where you want the calls to ring to. One is required.

IMPORTANT: If you enter 2 phone numbers, both phones will ring when a call comes in from the prison. Whichever one you answer first or goes to voicemail/answering machine first will get the call. Make sure your voicemail or answering machine is set to enough rings to enable you to answer the call.

To activate the ring-to phone number(s), you must be able to answer the phone and enter the verification code that will be given to you when we call you at the ring-to number(s) provided below.

The ring-to phone numbers can be changed if needed. There will be a $10 charge to change, add, or remove a ring-to number.

  • There is no charge for the phone number.

  • To activate the ring-to phone number(s), you must be able to answer the phone and enter the verification code that will be given to you when we call you at the ring-to number(s) provided by you above.

  • SaveOnPrisonCalls.com, a Creative Solutions website, and Creative Solutions makes no guarantees or claims of the continuation and availability of the phone number. As long as the third-party phone number provider offers the service for free, you will continue to have use of the phone number at no cost.

  • To be able to accept collect calls from prison using this service, you need to be able to set up a pre-paid account with the collect call provider, or the inmate must have a pre-paid calling card, or the inmate must have a debit calling account. If a copy of the phone bill is required to set up an account, you will not be able to submit a bill for this phone number.
